There is no return on special order items or on any items that have been resized.
The item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. In addition, returned items must be accompanied by their original documentation. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or a store credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price will be credited to the same form of payment used for the original purchase.

SC warrants to the original consumer for the rest of their life from the date of purchase that the purchased article of jewelry is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal wear. This warranty is void if the article of jewelry has been damaged by accident, misuse, negligence, unauthorized service, introduction of harsh chemicals, detergents, or other factors not due to defects in materials or workmanship.
If you purchased the jewelry from an authorized retailer and require repair but already passed 30 days from date of purchase, we ask that you ship the item back to us at your own expense with a check or money order for $14.99 for return shipping and processing. We will make every effort to repair the item. If the item is non-repairable we will send out a new one. If that model is no longer available we will send you a similar model at our discretion.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact a Customer Service Specialist within 14 days of delivery at service@ewholesalesilver.com. Please supply the Specialist with your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. ewholesalesilver will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. We cover shipping charges if there was damage to the item due to shipping.
If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact a Customer Service Specialist immediately at service@ewholesalesilver.com. Please include your order number in the e-mail.
It takes us 5-7 full business days to process your refund once the item is back in our possession. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. We will notify you of the status of your return by e-mail.
Return Instructions
Here is the simple process for returning an item to ewholesalesilver:
- Contact our Customer Service Department by e-mailing us at service@ewholesalesilver.com to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. The RMA code must be written on the original invoice and on the pre-printed return-shipping label found inside your original order package.
- Repack the product in its original packaging materials, including warranties.
- If the product you're returning included a special offer or a "gift with purchase," return that item as well, or you may choose to have the cost of that item subtracted from your refund.
Please note: Use caution when returning jewelry items (gemstones, diamonds and pearls) via the United States Postal Service. Your shipment may be subject to irradiation treatment, which can cause damage to jewelry. |
